10-seat Pro minimum
Every Pro organization starts with the 10-seat base plan. There is no individual or per-seat-only entry point. Risk assessment is a team discipline.

Annual price increase
A 3% increase is applied at each annual renewal for all Pro customers. First increase only after 12 months of service. 30-day notice always given.

Monthly to annual upgrade
Annual contract starts the first day after your current monthly period expires. No credits or pro-rating — clean and simple.

Mid-year seat additions
Add-on seats are always billed monthly regardless of your Pro base plan. Added the month you request them. Removed at the end of the billing month when cancelled.

Annual renewals
You'll receive an invoice 30 days before your renewal date. Add-on seats continue on their monthly cycle unless renegotiated at renewal.

Founding rate lapse
The founding rate lapses permanently on cancellation. It is not reinstatable. Returning customers are placed on current standard Pro pricing.
